All Whirlwind services once delivered cannot be returned. Given, the nature of our business services once provided cannot be returned and hence, there are no refunds on services which are already delivered.
To be eligible for a cancellation, you must be invoiced in advance and must have paid for services that have not been rendered by us yet.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you have paid in advance for any services and work has already begun for the said services, you should make a request in writing or by calling us to pause the services. Upon mutual discussion, we can decide if a refund is warranted or not. Otherwise, all fees are non-refundable.
In case of a refund, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
